Are You Not Eating Enough Food?
Eating a low carbohydrate diet, it's almost impossible to eat enough food. And you certainly have to overcome a a lack of hunger signalling. In some people, particularly high volume endurance athletes, they're just not hungry enough to eat all the food that they need to eat. The amount of energy expenditure that the human body is used to is somewhere between two to three thousand calories a day. But modern hunter gatherers limit their cloric output at something like up to maybe three thousand, three thousand 200 calories a day - same as westernized humans.
