Exploring Different CAR T Constructs in T-Cell Lymphoma

Exploration of different CAR constructs like CD4-directed and CD5-directed CAR T cells, as well as a NEJM paper on a CAR construct for AML and ALL patients with promising engraftment results without GVHD prophylaxis. The chapter also examines challenges and potentials of CAR T therapy in T-cell lymphoma, including T cell lymphopenia and the role of CAR as a bridge to allotransplant.
