The big thing is post, and this is a different topical together, we can approach it in another podcast. The way you train post show post fat loss phase should be a little bit different than I normally train. A lot of people make that mistake, because they get the food back in them, they get the bloat back, the strength starts coming back. They go right to low reps, and your tendons, your connected tissues, your athleticism is not there yet. You actually should be doing higher reps burnouts, dropsets, my reps, that kind of stuff.
