The arobic system is such a valuable thing, not only for our health, but for our fitness. We certainly want to a stimulate our an aro i system, which is our power, fast twitch, a speed a system. But don't be fooled by that word slow and the word easy, regarding the a robic system. Because as we build our aroi system,. what we're doing is burning more and more fat for energy. And without a good, a functioning, good, healthy arobicsystem, we can't perform as well, and we we risk hurting ourselves in the process.
