When to Train or Not to Train?

Most common cycling injury is more around the back and knee. In running, you'll certainly see more foot and ankle stuff than you do in cycling. And then again, still a lot of knee stuff with upper upper hamstring injuries. Swimming has less injuries than cyclists or runners do, but for sure they tend to have more overuse injuries to their shoulder.
