And then there's that active mobility that you get in the cleaning press with the bar bell and the squat snatch with the bar belt. There's active mobility, flexibility. Work that for me, ah,you know, i'll probably do some extra squat complexes to day because i have to travel to morrow. While i'm doing them, i am moving my body in these ranges that just just won't happen with the normal, you know, stretching programm.
