The Importance of Female Leadership in Governance
Kellogg: I grew up in a very traditional society where really the expectations for me, for my parents was that I need to marry somebody, become a wife and raise my kids. She says her dad is an engineer so when she said she wanted to be an engineer, he was like, why? Kellogg: My last company are my one of my board members and our first institutional investor was a woman. So it's amazing to see along the way.
