Gemma says keeping yourself busy is a great way to move forward. Reconnect with your friends, reconnect with the things you might have given up that we naturally give up when we become intertwined and connected with someone else. Try a new sport, go hiking, go see new places. And by doing that I got to create and recreate my identity outside of that relationship and outside of my you know of us together.
