There's such an assumption that there's a progressive model to plyometrics and I'm someone that kind of challenges that regularly because I don't necessarily use many external boxes or yeah I'd say boxes in general. The highest loading the highest part of the loading continuum is a hot and a hot to me is moving continuously on one leg so it's just left left left left. It doesn't matter what age stage you are, you've never done plyometrics before and you're 25, you can't go straight to advance, you have to start from the beginning in my opinion. So when we start a younger age or we start from more of a beginner point, it doesn't matter
