Today's episode is a part two follow-up from last week's episode where we talked about shifting from trauma bonds into authentic relationships. We decided to devote an entire episode to this because this is one of those areas where it's much easier said than done. Our nervous system as many of you who listen to our work, it operates outside of our awareness. So it's always getting cues from the environment and then shifting us into a state to deal with that threat.
