Isokinetic is like internal torque chain versus external torque chain, just whatever way the torque's going. No matter what you do, you push. You can't go any faster than that. So we did strength work for two weeks, like lying in front of the flexor and like hamstring curls and stuff like that. That workout took forever because I got 20 guys. To get through one set, it takes a minute to go through a set for each leg. so those workouts took forever.
