How Do You Enable Trust Between Individuals and Organizations?

I think sometimes knowledge management may have a bigger role to play on the systems side and the community side, even than on the individual side. There were definitely some aha moments where there were things that we were doing at Shopify that we had been doing for a long time. I learned those were actually need to have to make sure that we're having the right transparency in the right open conversations.
