The Benefits of High Intensity Exercise

Exercise and especially high intensity exercise increases your BDNF levels. So brain derived new tropic factor which affords a level of neuroprotection and neuroplasticity. And that high intensity exercise is even better. sprint training releases four to five times more BDNF than like long steady state exercise. It's been shown to be as effective or more effective in treating anxiety and depression than then then medication is. There are so many good things about exercise. But with exercise it is really black and white that exercise is so fundamentally positive and good for you.
