The number one thing is what kind of people will this person interact with? The number two is what kinds of projects do we think this person will be least successful in? And the third aspect of it would really be who are they as an individual and what will really make them feel excited about being here every single day. So thinking through those three key pieces, how do we operationalize that? I'd say number one, if you don't feel strongly about this as a hiring manager, you have the decision.
