Another big myth that people are likely misled by is that when some one crosses their arms, they're likely defensive. So we really want to ask ourselves, what did it happen on time to? And what does the face say? The air conditioners just kick on? They're probably cold. Did the crampy waiter just walk over? They'e probably creeped out by the waiter. That might have just made them a little bit defensive and uncomfortable. But is the rest of those behaviors and contextual clues that give us the meaning, not just the crossing of the art?"
