In training it's really easy to run a cra a shipton more than in a 100 mile race. If you're re conning a course, you should be running and walking when you think you're going to be running and walk during the race. And we see this at the western states camp. We see people who do soft rock, you know, and they try to run everything. That's probably not the best way to get the most physiological adaptation and skill acquisition.
