An integrat iv breath work is really it can be done sitting up. It can be done while you're doing the dishes. If integrateof breathwork, think about it, you're integrating it into your every day life. One thing that i've done, because of my emotional eating, as i do it before meal. A lot of people pray over their food. I just take a nice deep, four seconds in, an eight seconds out. What that does for me is it brings me back to the present moment. And then before bed, before bed is a beautiful way to calm down and get yourself coming down into those delta brain waves when you're sleeping.
