Coaches are always trying to chase multiple rabbits all the time, he says. When reality is there's a time and a place to chase pace but also extension or adaptation. We're just chasing that raising of the ceiling the pace then it stops. Then we maintain that pace. We maintain that speed capacity. Now we chase extension. And this is where I think we get wrong because we're always trying to sometimes I feel like, you know, coaches are always tryingto chase multiple rabbitsAll the time. You got to chase only one thing at one time,. But then know how they essentially like translate into each other.
