How to Combine High Intensity Workouts
It's not like you have to do one single thing on a day. The other thing is you can combine these workouts. Warm up for your strength training. Then lift or do some strength circuit in the middle of your run. This is why I love hill circuits and stuff like that. You can combine these things for your high intensity work, going a longer warm up or preferably a longer cool down afterwards.
