Is Love Loved Because It's Holy?

Socrates says it's love because it's holy that there are things that are just good in that. So if I am in the state of being loved, it is because I was holy. And I'm not worth loving because I have been loved. It doesn't work backwards. We live in a world where we're thrust back and forth between the arbitrary whims of the gods That whatever they love ends up being the right thing.
