Leadership - Sense of Purpose

Leadership is getting to people to do more than what their job description is. Sense of purpose, it's li wire wede r why are we doing this? As a sales leader, you need to have a sense of purpose for your own team. It's like the sales culture is equally as important as the company culture. And i've always looked at leadership as, you know, like it's giving them a vision.
