i noticed both that he mentions your work easy strength quite a bit, and that your philosophies have a lot in common. It takes an intercession, partmy intervention, by either a coach, a trusted friend, team mate, or your review of things, to pick up when that happens. My throw er this last week had about a three or four hour pause between her first three throws and her last three throws. Howd how do you train that? Cause you you do.
