The Role of Myofibular Addition in Psychoplasmic Hypertrophy
The time course of psychromaginosis is very, very short. So we're getting an increase in transverse kind of cross-sectional area without apparent cross-section area. But that doesn't occur with myofibular addition. And the fact that we observe psychoplasmic hypertrophy preferentially occurring in the first part of the training program and then potentially petering out later on, that would track perfectly with psychomaginosis because of course it follows the same time course.
