The goal over time should be absolute volume and maximizing lifetime value. So if you maximize the lifetime value, then you want to lower the barriers as much as you can. But you have to keep an eye on the cash realities of the business. And so that's where the seesaw, the balance point between how much cash you ask for upfront and then how many people you get seesaws.
