Are You Getting Feedback From Your Employees?

i think feedback, explicit feedback to people, particularly when they're pretty new is important. The hiring manager is the one who ultimately is responsible fore being successful. And that it does include making an evaluation of whether they have successfully on board at some point. I myself, if i feel like i'm losing faith or have a sense that they're not a great contributor then that's really a time to give it more attention.
