Adam: I like crunchy things because i carry all of my stress in my jaw. Adam: Just because i like coarse salt doesn't mean that you have to. Adam: You could salt pretzels by simply dissolving salt through the dough like any other bread. But instead, we concentrate the salt in big crunchy grains on top.
