The Importance of Institutionalization in the Real Estate Industry

Kushman: I didn't know what to expect from the conversation when we think about being in CBERI and then to Kushman. JLL, C&W and CBERI are owned by far the majority of state and these firms are all in by institutions. These are very successful firms with very powerful balance sheets with very, very loyal customers. And I'm proud that we have in this industry that big three that lead from the front and lead well.
