The Effects of Micro Periodization on Body Composition

There's a couple of papers that have come out in the last two months showing how as little as three to 400 calorie mismatch within a day, over a prolonged period of time, also results in reds. So micro periodization within day periodization of energy is really important. And just 300 calories over a prolonged time can have that effect. But multiply that by 365 days and it's 110,000 calories missing over the year. It's about a month of eating. Wow. If we just keep them weight stable and healthy, they will adapt to training way better,. They will perform way better.
