Yoga or stretching has been so helpful to me, and i know a lot of my clients do it in the evening or before bed. If you notice that electronics keep your mind really, really awake, then you might also want to implement some sort of system to help yourself remember to shut down the electronics earlier. I have my phone go to sleep at ten p m. Unfortunately, most nights i just like ignore that. So i definitely am trying to figure out a better system for myself.
