There's a fatigue mechanism that taps separately from what's happening in the sensory part of the brain. So as we send a signal, you know, maybe we send 100% of the signal the first time. And then after that signal is transmitted, the next time we try and transmit the same signal size, it goes down to 99% or 98%. It does look like it works fairly linearly, whereas obviously in terms of the super spinal mechanisms, they're going to be much more kind of threshold dependent because most feelings and sensations during exercise are threshold dependent.
