The Value of Diversifying Your Work
The value of doing these types of things is the fact that you're trying to uncover something different. Maybe it's not projectable across 500 or 1000 people, maybe it's not everybody's life. But at least everybody can relate to it. And so it makes that connection in a way that's meaningful. If you want to do great marketing, as you know, we've got to do things that are different in a meaningful way. I think there's nothing more powerful than how people really behave and how people really care.
