How to Fuel Your Body for Long Runs

Most of my workouts I'll do fasted during the week. The long runs are where I'll sometimes bring in some fuel but I usually end up breaking those into kind of two categories. So with my long runs which typically will range between like three and five hours if it's not at a race setting. If I have that that's my sign that my body is operating very well on fat and I don't necessarily need to pull that lever a whole lot further.
