"I work out probably six or seven days a week, I mainly jump on a trampoline and lift weights," Daniel says. "It's as much for the dopamine and the strength of how empowered I feel in my work ... So much of it has to do with how empowered I feels in my body." He adds: "There's something again, so empowering about knowing that quote unquote, this isn't just the way it is as you age"
I am thrilled to have my pal Dr. Daniel Amen back on the show for a third time to talk about his brand new book, Change Your Brain Every Day. Vic and I have been working through this book - and let me tell you, it’s so accessible, no matter how busy you are! In this conversation, Dr. Amen gives us some daily habits we can begin for better brain health, and offers his unique perspective on why brain health is just as important as physical health.
