The labor thing's huge. I would say almost every single person I've talked to, that's, you know, been in it for 20, 25, 30 years, they all grasp about the same thing. Same thing, a guy doesn't show up for work. And so then you got to talk to your, your client, it's a project based contract, as opposed to recurring. If it's like a one month installation, someone being out any one day is probably not having a huge impact on the overall scope of the project.
