As you age how do you deal with your body not performing like it did when you're in your 20s and 30s? You know I really had to change some of the stimulus as I was younger. strength is important more important than hypertrophy even as your muscles start to get a little smaller over the years. Strongness directly related to longevity particularly once you're in the top quartile, we saw that with grip strength.
