If you don't have the opportunity to prepare a bottle ahead of time and have it in the feed zone, that's going to impact your fueling strategy. If for some reason you need to stop at an ay station to fuel or grab something, and you lose contact with the group that you were with,. it doesn't mean that you can't catch back up to them.
