Are Long Hours the Cause of Burn Out?
Women have always had a second shift. They're often the people who are responsible for the household finances and the child care. This creats some well known problems with distraction. The mindfulness concept is just so timely, especially for women,. It forces you to really focus in on the present in a very purposeful way. And i think it's a really brilliant set of interventions for everybody, but particulary, in this case, for women.
