The Importance of Meat in Strength Training

I don't think humans ever intentionally starve. I think there may have been times depending upon time of year, location, and climate stuff that we did do that. If you can get away with one, two meals a day, that's probably good for a lot of people. And I think most people that long term to a carnivorous diet, generally end up in that pattern anyway. There's a difference between losing weight and losing fat and optimizing strength and body mass index. You know, again, I think you just have to see what works best for you.
