How to Avoid Hustling for Self Worth

I think an evolution of us of how we define our roles is identifying everybody's area of focus. If there's clarity at every level, it's a lot harder to get lost in the weeds. Or analysis paralysis. I just need a little more data. Yeah. And you know, saying I'm busy putting yourself in red is equal to don't question my value.
