How to Use Super Bloom in a Low Calorie Beer

If you didn't put hops in a regular beer and just use chico you wouldn't get any terping character there would be no terpenes performed. But if you make a beer without hops but you super bloom you do get all of this terping character because you've inserted the mint and basal DNA into the yeast to allow it the ability to make ter penes. With super bloom you can produce low calorie beer that has a ton of uh floral citrus aroma and flavor is crushable, very drinkable as it doesn't have any bitterness associated with it.
