The American Heart Association recently reiterated their stand against reducing saturated fat. The evidence is so bad, it's shameful that the American Heart Association just recently reiterated its stand. If you buy some pork, eat the fat. Buy fatty cuts of meat. Never buy lean cuts. Eat all the eggs you want. Use lots of olive oil. You know, use lard, lose tallow, use coconut oil.
