i hadn't dead lifted for a month, and i decide to do five sets of five. I usually dead lift sumo because sumo has always felt better on my back. If i ever dead lift conventional, i almost always go lighter rather than heavier. Just, it's based on how i'm built. And just never like dead lifting conventional, very heavy.
