How to Integrate Social Listening Into Your Centralised Data Source

Every channel of feedback data I guess we collaborate with the owners of that channel to understand where they sit and it was the priority for bringing them into this central consolidated data source. We're more or more chosen the channels that have no ownership or is not centralised so yeah that will eventually integrate what we hear on social listening into our overall feedback world but for now it's quite separate. The support organisation there are lower priority for us to integrate because even though the data is super rich they already have very good workflows for how they are explaining to foreign organisations.
