How Do You Stay Injury Free All These Times?

Running is a hard sort and it's something that you forget when you have been consistent for a while. For me, anyting, knowing when to slow down has been huge. And so yet, listening to how the body's feeling like is you've got this pain that's bothering you on one spot,. It's not a unilateral soreness, ik tat something else can really resinate with people too. So i is important to know when to shut things down om you know, or when to air on the side of caution with that sort of stuff.
