I think it's because of my deep love for the teams I lead. It's one of my core values to get to know what every person I get about them. People tell me whenever we calibrate an entire organization, I've been able to scale this entire time. You just can't show up once in three years and be like, hey, I'm your executive, nice to meet you. So then they know what to expect from you.

Trust is like a jar of marbles.
