Biceps are similar to chest in that, you know, there's more options for kind of loading that stretch with a freeway than there is for triceps. With an incline curl, we're going into shoulder extension, right? So you're getting the biceps longer. A drag curl would be better for the short elbow flexors that don't cross the shoulder because you're lengthening the biceps by doing the shoulder extension.
