The Importance of Name in Job Searches

The economist Steve Levett and Roland Freier concluded that the name you give your child does not move the needle on that child's future economic life. But there's other research which finds that a name may matter, at least on some dimensions. So which argument is right? Does the name matter or does it not matter? There are ways to reconcile them.
