The three practices that i like them most are breath work, humming and alsoval breathing. People have to get into the practice of nervous system regulation on a daily basis if they come from a lineage of trama or experienced trama just in their lifetime. It's almost like your body is taken care of you now, right? Like you've done all the work, like, i got to take care o this body, gow to take care of this mind, and now it's by default. And ta.
