Toxic positivity is really the unrelenting pressure to be happy all the time no matter what the circumstances are. I see it as a cultural phenomenon that we really use against ourselves and other people in their deepest moments of struggle Yep so it's like having an instagrammable life at all times Yeah yeah and just constantly wanting everybody to be happy and positive.
