3 Ways to Keep Your Brain Hydrated While Traveling

Keeping your brain hydrated is important, and even more so well traveling. We aren't going to remember that we need to be drinking water throughout the day. To help with my water cues, i now use an ap called water minder. The ap allows me to set what my water gulls are for the day, and will periodically give me notifications to remind me to drink some water. I love using this ap because it integrates so well with my apple watch which means i can easily up date what i've been drinking without getting my phone out.
